About Me: I am a story specialist dedicated to promoting pluralism, an activist and advocate for the marginalised and muted, and a consultant with a passion for collective action. My work over the past two decades has focused on inclusion, community and creativity. In addition to running a non-profit multi-donor organisation, I have consulted for several UN agencies, INGOs and local non-profit organisations as a strategic communication and advocacy specialist in a bid to effect positive change and advocate for sustainable inclusive peacebuilding. Storytelling and community are at the core of all my initiatives and research. I enjoy teaching, love learning and almost always work within a team, nurturing and being nurtured by other creative professionals. Having produced a nine-character play that reflected on stories shared by Syrian women and performed by refugees in Lebanon and Sweden, I am now keen to write and produce a another, this time in London.

The Lovers: After Shakespeare
\'A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ is a magical romp through a forest filled with confused lovers and the occasional donkey. ‘The Lovers’ asks whether it is quite so comedic when the trappings of fairies and mechanicals fall away, leaving what is ultimately an uncomfortably dark exploration of what it means to be in love.
