About me
In 2023 I wrote my first play, ‘EMU’, a monologue about a lonely scientist. Last year I completed two more long plays: ‘We Will Always be Dancing’ is about a woman using AI technology to deal with her guilt after the death of her husband. My latest play, a dark comedy, asks the question: what will humans do when pushed to the limit? In 2024 three of my short plays were performed or read at scratch nights. In February 2025, my short play ‘The Beat’ will feature in The End of the World Show at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre. I am currently a resident writer at Pathway Theatre’s scratch night, Hatch & Scratch. I enjoy writing small stories with big themes and, like my character in EMU, I try not to be too Earth centric.
