About me

I’m an actor and writer from the Harz Mountains of Germany, now based in Copenhagen / London.

I hold a BA in Contemporary Method Acting from Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts (CISPA), graduating in 2023. During my studies, I also made my playwright debut with MetaMorphoses, based on Ovid’s original.

My work is rooted in the mind-body methodologies of Laban & Malmgren’s Movement Psychology, Ohad Naharin's Gaga Movement Language, and C. G. Jung's research on archetypes and the collective unconscious. In my dramatic practice acting and writing often intertwine, blending physicality and psychology to craft characters with a deep understanding of their voices and motivations.

I’m a member of the Danish Playwright’s Association (DDK) and the Danish Artist Union (DAF).

MetaMorphoses, based on Ovid\'s original

Synopsis:

Primal storytelling and contemporary sensibilities collide in a sensual and physical re-envisioning of Greek myths in MetaMorphoses, based on the Roman Poet Ovid.

MetaMorphoses presents a poetic kaleidoscope of transformations that mesmerises with its tales of Midas, Aphrodite, Myrrha, Eros, Psyche, Dionysus, and many more deities and mortals in a sharp-edged meditation on the joys and perils of being human. Many scenes touch on consent, body image, trans issues, the capitalist crisis and the human experience in times of overpowering change.
