About me
An experienced history teacher, I am currently in the second year of an MA in Creative Writing at the OU, specializing in scriptwriting. I write stage and radio plays about historical subjects set in the 2oth century. I am mainly interested in plots involving moral decisions among those in political power and the struggle for democracy and equal rights by ordinary people. I am currently finishing a play set in London in 1927, based on a true story. In order to bloom in an unequal world, must music student Helen Perkin betray the men who love her?
