About me

Storytelling helps me make sense of the world; it allows me a unique space to transform what I see and experience into stories that hold space for the confusion, messiness, and pain that often accompanies life. As an early career theatre maker, I am interested in the overlapping processes of writing, directing and performing.

I have written three full length plays and two short plays, which orbit around themes of mental health, climate change, friendship, and death. I relish the sense of play that theatre and storytelling require, it is a form of escapism which uses and consciously reflects our world through the lens of the writer.

I am currently working on a triptych theatrical performance about the criminal justice system.
