Kaya is a South Asian writer and actor, who  trained for three years at The BRIT School. She recently took her show Brown Girl Noise to Camden Fringe where the show was a finalist for a London Pub Theatre Standing Ovation Award and came in the top 3% of BBC Open Call submissions. She was shortlisted for Tara Theatre’s NOVA submissions and is also currently a member of the Stoke the Embers writer’s room and The Royal Court’s Intro to Playwriting Group ‘25.
