Playwright Kara Hardie blends dark comedy, audience interaction, and physical theatre to transform a domestic setting into a symbolic warzone.

The Exterminator arrives in a time of global urgency. As headlines continue to document ongoing genocides and occupations, Hardie draws from her family’s experience of the 1974 invasion of Cyprus to achieve a timeless and immersive reflection on power, resilience, and the politics of space.
