About me
Alongside my documentary filmmaking, I’ve also written fiction for both film and television, although I haven’t yet been successful in getting any of those projects produced. The current play I'm writing is the first time I’ve tried writing a play for the stage, so it’s a completely new experience for me.
I’m currently working on the first draft and would be very interested in meeting and working with other people who could offer feedback and help me develop and finish the play.

The Waiting Game
Synopsis:
Alan, an American documentary filmmaker living in London, notices a pink drop where it shouldn't be, six weeks before the biggest shoot of his career. What follows is not the cancer story he expected: two world-class labs on opposite sides of the Atlantic read the same biopsy and reach different verdicts, treatments come with coin-toss odds, and every answer arrives with a six-week wait attached. Narrated by the two bickering halves of Alan's own mind, The Waiting Game is a darkly funny play about a man who trusts systems discovering that medicine runs on interpretation, and that the hardest thing to survive is not knowing.
