I am an Irish born London based playwright and storyteller. My play ‘Shinaid’ was broadcast twice in 2024 on RTE Radio One  https://www.rte.ie/radio/dramaonone/1448251-shinaid-by-eamann-breen and was nominated for a Writers Guild of Ireland Zebbie in 2025 for Best Radio & Audio Drama Script and for a IMRO Radio Award. It was a 2019 Druid Theatre Debut at the Galway International Arts Festival. In 2020 ‘The Hessian Bag’ was shortlisted for the Colm Tóibín International Short Story Award at the Wexford Literary Festival and the following year my play ‘A Stranger to Love’ was awarded second prize in the Billy Roche International Short Play Contest.
My monologue play ‘The Lucky Escape’ debuted on the Player Playwrights Showcase YouTube channel and was a prize winner at the 2022 Equity Library New York Winter Festival for Best Actress https://youtu.be/3tNutxGZQy8
