About me

I'm an award-winning playwright and scriptwriter originally from Scotland and now based in Bristol. I've been writing for the theatre since around 2014.

I had two productions staged last year, THE BOX was performed by Mixed Up Theatre at the Whitebear Theatre in London in Jul 2024, and TIMELESS also by Mixed Up Theatre was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2024 (Timeless has been staged several times over the last six years). Both shows received five-star reviews.

I was awarded Best Script in Festival at the Page to Stage Theatre Festival in Liverpool in 2016.  I was also a winner of the British Theatre Challenge one-act play award.

I also write radio dramas. I had an Afternoon Drama, THE LOVE TEST, on BBC Radio 4 in 2019 (repeated in 2021).
