About me
I am a playwright whose work ranges from historical, science fiction, romance, and social realism, and deals with themes of friendship, memory, alienation, and political radicalism.
My two plays, Button, a dystopian satire, and Kingdom, a play about an estranged father and son relationship in the context of English nationalism and identity, were staged for two sold-out performances at the White Bear Theatre in 2019, and received four star reviews.
I have recently completed two new full-length plays, one of which deals with the changing and volatile nature of male friendships over twenty years, while the second explores a future utopian society contending with the traumatic memories of the world before - wars, climate change, inequality, want.
