I'm a writer & actor from Coventry, currently based in Derby. I trained at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.The themes in my creative practice that I identify with strongly pertain to my background and heritage. I am from a working-class background and of mixed white and black Caribbean (Jamaican) heritage. I base a lot of my work on the experiences that come with being a person of colour in this social stratum. As an artist, I like to explore the class system within the UK and problems this inequity causes in society, through the eyes of someone that is black/mixed race.
