Aleera recently graduated from Imperial College University. She wrote and directed Checkmate for Afrogala 2023, as well as her original musical, The Final Heist, which she brought from an initial double-bill performance in October 2023 to a full production at the Camden Fringe 2024. As a performer, she has appeared in shows such as Songs for a New World (Woman 2) and Spring Awakening (Thea) at Imperial College London. She served as Assistant Musical Director for the original musical adaptation Gravity Rises in Spring 2023.
